Working with the PZ Cussons’ Talent and Performance Team, we are creating a suite of communication documents aimed at developing      a streamlined approach to Global Competencies and Managing Performance across an international organisation.  A unifying theme   is to identify what makes PZ Cussons extraordinary as a business.  The comms portfolio establishes behaviours that will help drive performance and achieve even greater growth. We have produced  two books to date that have been distributed worldwide and are also available as an online resource. We are currently working with the     PZ Cussons team on  communications for Recruitment, Talent Management and Business Planning.
